Madrid Fusión The Wine Edition's sweetest "vinomial" will bring together the crème de la crème of the national sweetness scene.
The "Vinomial" on Tuesday 29 March will focus on sweetness, featuring Ferran Centelles (formerly sommelier at elBulli), Albert Adrià and David Gil (elBarri), Jordi Butrón (Espai Sucre) and Fátima Gismero (Revelation Cakemaker at Madrid Fusión 2021), who will be commenting on the latest trends in wine/dessert combinations.
