Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España 2022 has demonstrated the vitality of leading gastronomy congresses, where it is the main influencer. It celebrated its 20th anniversary by outstripping all its records in terms of participation, registered congress-goers and accredited journalists. Three days during which cuisine also lent itself to reflection at a juncture between two crises. Three days during which it was proved once again that Madrid Fusión talks, discusses and shows the way forward.
