Welcome to the 10th Madrid Fusión congress, with the slogan "Beyond the product".
Over three days, alongside leading chefs from around the world, Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España will conduct a review of artisan, traditional and ancestral cooking techniques, from fire-roasting to cooking with microwaves or ultrasonic equipment, the basis of the major recipes of the future. A review of the profession of cookery, to the transformation of produce, and meticulous crafting.
The congress stage will be taken up with talks on creativity and thought, arguments on developments in haute cuisine, with debates and interviews with leading professionals.
