Retrieving vineyards in disuse and other ways of working with the “palomino” for the "Marco de Jerez" is the theme for the stars of this new scenario.
"Marco de Jerez" is being renewed by winemakers and winery owners committed to recovering old vineyards, with a vision of creating other wine typologies. Peter Sisseck, Armando Guerra, Willy Pérez and Ramiro Ibáñez will be pooling their experiences with the "albariza" and "palomino" grapes in this talk, to lay the foundations of what has already been termed the "new Jerez".
