Wines for an affordable menu: excellent wines for less than 10€
Santi Rivas, who heads up Colectivo Decantado, will be hosting what is bound to be one of the congress's most amusing and laid-back tasting sessions.
Santiago Rivas is tasting wines costing less than 10 euros to prove that there is a wine cult at reasonable prices, and that Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España can also act serve as a showcase for this concept of affordable quality wine. He will be doing this with five interesting reasonably-priced wines, alongside some of the winery owners. "Wineloverism" has nothing to do with prices.
