Javier Acedo (Trufas Alonso) and Raúl Igual (Restaurante Yaín) will be discussing the possibilities of wine with truffles.
The talks at Madrid Fusión The Wine Edition have a practical section with expert tasting sessions and encounters with producers who will be attempting to demonstrate specific features which affect wine, and commenting on the latest enological trends. On Tuesday 29 March truffles will be the star of the show thanks to Javier Acedo, of Trufas Alonso, and Raúl Igual of Restaurante Yaín, IWC Best Sommelier Spain.
