The green revolution rolls on for Rodrigo de la Calle.
Rodrigo de la Calle will be conducting an analysis of the why and how of his passion for the world of vegetables, taking a look back at his beginnings and at how he carried out his studies of new techniques.
The Madrid chef will also be demonstrating some of his latest research into greens, and how to produce innovative recipes featuring vegetables and fungi.
