We will be following Andreas Krolik's creative process step by step.
Krolik is coming to Madrid Fusión to present his cooking and his understanding of it. Not only will the German chef be homing in on how the recipe is made, but also on why he chooses each of the ingredients of which it is composed, and the whys and wherefores of the presentation and the meaning of the recipe.
