Cooking with bread

Tips and tricks to enrich bread with meals.

How can you use kitchen processes to make enriched bread as just another part of the recipe? Owner and chef at the Azafrán restaurant in Villarrobledo (Albacete), Teresa Gutiérrez, will be using this talk to learn how to enrich breads with stock left over from roasted vegetables, with aromatised oils, with greens from the marinade, with cheese cuts ... bread as another part of the recipe. The speaker is known as the "nutritionist chef", winner of the 2019 JRE National Gastronomy Award for the Best National Cookery Trajectory.
